Research On Construction Safety Evaluation Of M Residential Building Project Based On Behavior Safety Theory

The rapid advancement of urbanization intensifies the continuous expansion of the scale of residential buildings.Since the 1980 s,residential buildings have become an important part of the national economy due to the reform of China's housing system.Residential construction projects has increased,the employees demand increase,part of the residential building construction enterprises pursuing the progress or pure economic interests,and ignore the security management,causes the weakening of enterprise safety culture,safety training does not reach the target,lack of personal safety awareness and skill,cause safety accidents occur frequently.It has become an important subject for the healthy development of residential buildings to seek efficient methods to improve the level of construction safety management and reduce the incidence of safety accidents.Combined with the safety management research and project safety management practice at home and abroad,the unsafe behavior of people and organizations and other factors become the main reasons affecting the safety construction of residential buildings.In this paper,based on the theory of behavioral theory,safety,the connotation of combining the theory of behavior safety research,for residential construction in the analysis of the influencing factors of unsafe behavior recognition provide theoretical guidance,using expert scoring method,research method,case analysis,the selection of residential building construction safety evaluation factors,combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)from individual behavior,organizational behavior,environment and atmosphere factors from three aspects,build a three-level evaluation index system.Then,the fuzzy mathematicscomprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the residential building construction safety evaluation model.Finally,with the actual M residential building project as the research object,based on the behavioral safety theory,use of residential building construction safety fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate it,sure M residential building construction safety evaluation and the index weight,and according to the evaluation results analysis M living in the process of construction,the influence degree of various factors on the construction safety,determine M living state of project safety management.This paper provides an effective safety evaluation method for residential building construction and a beneficial reference for the safety evaluation of residential building construction through the study of behavioral safety theory and the construction of safety evaluation model.
