Hybrid fiber concrete is a kind of new building material which is based on concrete and mixed with different kinds of fibers or fibers of the same kind and different sizes according to a certain proportion.Different sizes and different kinds of fibers can effectively improve the tensile strength of concrete,to some extent,improve the defects of concrete,such as easy cracking,poor durability,poor high temperature resistance and so on,so as to improve the performance of concrete.In this paper,considering the influence of fiber length,fiber content and high temperature conditions on the mechanical properties of concrete,the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength and flexural strength of fiber reinforced concrete after high temperature are studied.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Taking the length of basalt fiber and the volume content of basalt fiber as the consideration,the experimental research on basalt fiber concrete is carried out.The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete can be effectively improved by adding basalt fiber with reasonable content.(2)Taking the content of Super Absorbent Polymer as a consideration,the mechanical properties of basalt concrete with super absorbent resin were studied.The results showed that the strength of the specimens increased first and then decreased with the increase of the content of Super Absorbent Polymer.(3)Taking the length of basalt fiber,the content of basalt fiber and the content of cellulose fiber as the consideration factors,the influence degree of these three factors on the mechanical properties of concrete is analyzed by orthogonal test.It is found that basalt fiber content has the greatest influence on the strength of concrete.(4)The mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete before and after high temperature is tested and analyzed,and the relationship curve between relative strength and temperature is obtained.It is found that compared with ordinary concrete,fiber reinforced concrete shows better high temperature resistance.For basalt cellulose hybrid fiber concrete,with the increase of fiber length at different temperatures,the strength of concrete specimen first increases and then decreases...
