Recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the development and utilization of mineral resources have been gradually increasing,and they have also caused serious damage to the environment.With the improvement of people's awareness on the environmental protection,the research on the ecological restoration and landscape design of abandoned mine sites has been valued by the experts and scholars from many relative industries.Dashiqiao City,Yingkou City,Liaoning Province is the largest magnesium ore mining and processing base in China,known as China's magnesium capital.Because only economic factors were emphasized in the early stage,the use of extensive mining methods generated the profit rapidly.However,this measurement has also brought various environmental problems.This article summarizes and presents the research and development of abandoned mine land in china and compares the situation with the foreigner countries.It combed the relevant theories such as mine wasteland,landscape restoration and landscape regeneration,and summarized the application methods and relationship between ecological restoration and landscape design in mine wasteland reconstruction.According to the current characteristics of the Dashiqiao pit group with the consideration of the soil erosion,Quantitative analysis results of ecological risk factors such as soil pollution,vegetation cover,air pollution,etc,referring to relevant excellent cases at home and abroad,and applying corresponding ecological restoration technologies and methods,which are targeted for the restoration and reuse of Nanlou mine pit group in Dashiqiao City System's landscape optimization strategy.The purpose of this article is to explore methods for restoration of natural resources such as soil,pit walls,and vegetation suitable for the Dashiqiao magnesite mine area.Additionally,this article is to resolve how to restore the ecological environment of such an abandoned mining area that has been exploited for many years and polluted by magnesium.At the same time,the design should be adapted to the local conditions and human resources should be included.Through the restoration of the pit group and the landscape design,the area is rejuvenated to create a cultural tourism area with local characteristics.Through research on this subject and landscape planning and design,I hope to provide some references and guidance value for the ecological restoration and landscape planning and design of similar magnesite mine wasteland in the future.
