| Since 2019,the speed of Chinese passenger transport sector integration has increased steadily.New technologies and new methods have been integrated and developed.Passenger travel convenience has been significantly improved.However,with the steady expansion of passenger transport service capacity,the safety accident rate of road passenger transport has remained high for a long time.How to strengthen the source management of the passenger transport industry and eliminate the potential safety hazards in the process of production activities has become a major issue.Based on the characteristics of the road traffic and the present situation of the passenger transport enterprises in tianjin,this thesis want to establish the safety evaluation system of the road passenger transport in tianjin.Firstly this thesis discusses the status of road passenger transport safety at home and abroad and according to the actual circumstance of passenger transport enterprises in tianjin region to the rationality and necessity of building road passenger transport enterprises safety management model.Secondly,based on the identified risk factors,AHP is used to construct the safety management model of tianjin road passenger transportation.Finally,taking a passenger transport enterprise in tianjin as a pilot,the safety index evaluation system constructed in this thesis is used to evaluate and analyze the safety management status of pilot enterprises.Based on the evaluation results and the actual situation of each transportation company,the management measures for specific risks and practical Suggestions are proposed.Through the research,it is shown that the evaluation method and the constructed model have good practicability and feasibility for the traffic safety management and risk prevention and control in tianjin,and have guiding significance and practical value for the safety production management of the road passenger transportation enterprises in tianjin. |
