Research On Traffic Safety Evaluation Of Railway Passenger Station

In recent years,China's railway construction has been developing rapidly under the environment of sustained economic growth,the number of passenger stations is increasing,and new passenger stations are also growing in size.Station is bearing the distribution function of the hub between the two cities.It is responsible for the passengers in and out of the station,to efficiently process the related formalities of all passengers,such as consulting,ticket,waiting,getting on or off.It can handle baggage parcels,mail delivery,handling and delivery,organize the delivery,delivery of vehicles and other tasks.The traffic safety of railway passenger station is the important issue of the national economy and the people's livelihood,and ensuring the safety of driving is the basic responsibility of the whole staff.Safety evaluation,also known as risk assessment or danger assessment,is a method of the potential risk factors of the discriminant system,which evaluate the possibility of accident,and the degree of danger of system by safety system engineering analysis to,formulate the corresponding preventive measures.Therefore,the method is introduced into the safety evaluation of railway passenger station,and road safety evaluation index system is constructed.The specific measures are put forward to strengthen safety management according to the evaluation results which have great significance to effectively prevent accidents.The main researches in this paper include the following four aspects:(1)The safety of train operation system of railway passenger situation in our country,is researched,which mainly includes high classification,station work organization,operation mode,the analysis of characteristics of the safety of train,etc.(2)Combined with the meaning of safety evaluation,standard,content,and steps,from the four aspects,such as personnel,equipment,environment and management,a safety evaluation system is established,and specific factors are analyzed,which is a theoretical basis for study of railway safety evaluation.(3)In view of the passenger train operation safety evaluation system,the weight of each index is determined based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the railway passenger train operation safety is set up.In the process of evaluation,the circular distribution membership function of single index membership degree is optimized to ensure the accuracy of evaluation results.(4)At last,the evaluation of Lanzhou stationis carried out based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modelproposed in this paper,considering the practical situation.Then specific suggestions are given based on the evaluation result,which can provide the certain theory basis for the problem of the train operation safety of railway passenger station.
