With the development of economy and society,the demand for coal is increasing,but the storage of coal is decreasing year by year.At present,China is one of the few countries where coal is the main energy source all over the world.Both the production and consumption of coal are the highest in the world,however,the utilization rate of coal processing is low in China,it also exists high energy consumption and low efficiency,at the same time,a series of environmental problems have be occurred,resulting a serious of environmental pollution.Therefore,only the effective crushing of coal can improve the utilization rate of coal,reduce environmental pollution and achieve green and sustainable development.The crushing equipment plays an important role in the production of coal mines At present,the crushing equipment used in many coal mine enterprises is too old and has many disadvantages in our country,such as uncontrollable particle size,low efficiency and high energy consumption,etc.Most of the enterprises adopt the foreign advanced technology to improve this problem in the production process,but the foreign crushing equipment is expensive,and we have to contact foreign engineers or return to the factory when the machine is broken and the maintenance cycle is too long,it is not conducive to the operation and development of enterprises.In order to use the limited coal resources more effectively,it is necessary to improve the existing mining machine and develop more efficient and energy-saving equipment.At present,Chinese crushing equipment is mainly divided into roller crusher,jaw crusher,impact crusher,vertical impact crusher,hydraulic cone crusher,ring hammer crusher,hammer crusher,composite crusher,cone crusher,two-stage crusher,rotary crusher and mobile crusher.The working principle of different types of crushers is quite different,among them,the roller crusher is an old type which appeared around 1806,it has a history of more than 200 years,due to the low production capacity of the roller crusher and the high quality of the equipment,it is not suitable for crushing hard materials because of the poor crushing capacity,so the application scope has been affected and limited to a certain extent,however,the roller crusher crushes the materials under the action of teeth,the material is discharged directly,so the crushed particle size is uniform,the structure is simple and it is easy to manufacture,the feeding particle size is large,the discharging particle size is adjustable,the wet material can be crushed,especially the over-crushing rate is low,it can crush materials with compressive strength of 160Mpa,so it is widely used in the crushing of medium and low hardness materials,especially in the coal industry.Using this machine to crush raw coal,the coal can be broken directly after removing iron and impurity without removing gangue,the particle size of the broken material is uniform,this simplifies the process and reduces investment and production costs.So this paper analyzes the development of mine double-tooth roller crusher,introduces the application of mine double-tooth roller crusher at home and abroad,and demonstrates the necessity of research on double-tooth roller crusher.The main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the problem of crusher in the using process,the significance of the research of 2PGCL-700×800 is put forward,the working principle and structure characteristics of the crusher are studied and analyzed and the structural improvement design of the key components is carried out.First,through the crusher's technical indicators and design principles to determine the design scheme of the whole machine,including the main drive part,the body,centralized lubricating system and hydraulic transmission system.Second,the basic knowledge of mechanical design and mechanics is used to carry out design calculation and finite element analysis on the tooth roller of key parts,so as to analyze and understand the stress of the tooth roller in the working process objectively and intuitively.The third is to establish a three-dimensional model of the whole machine,through the virtual assembly of the testing machine,not only can verify the feasibility of virtual assembly process,but also convenient to guide and track the on-site assembly,reduce the time of production of the crusher,save money and personnel wasteThe innovation of this paper is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology,improve the tooth roller spacing adjustment and the seal of the tooth roller bearing design,save the use cost and improve the production efficiency.
