| EDM special machining has the characteristics of high energy consumption,high precision,high emissions,and low efficiency.It is mainly used in the processing of super-hard special-shaped parts in the automobile industry,aerospace,and nuclear industries.However,the high-emission and low-efficiency characteristics of the WEDM machining process still have the problem of sustainable development.Therefore,sustainability research on the WEDM machining process has practical significance.This paper establishes a sustainability analysis model that considers environmental impact,processing performance,and economy to realize the sustainability evaluation of WEDM.According to the characteristics of the processing technology,a design method of the WEDM machining process combining multi-layer stacking and multi-process decomposition is proposed,which realizes the sustainability of WEDM machining in terms of environmental impact,processing efficiency,and economics.And developed a remote real-time status and sustainability monitoring system for the machining process to realize real-time monitoring of EDM process regulations.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,the process characteristics of WEDM and the influence of processing parameters are studied.By establishing the resource input and output objects of the WEDM process,the input and output factors of each stage are quantified.A sustainability evaluation model including environment,economy,and processing performance is proposed.Secondly,according to the processing goals and characteristics of different processing stages,the processing technology is divided into cutting contours,semi-finishing,finishing,processing steps and cutting,and considering the effect of processing stacking on processing stability and processing quality.Experiment design and analysis of single-piece single-cutting,single-piece multiple-cutting,multiple-piece nesting,and stacking multiple-cutting processing technology.Under the premise of considering the processing stability,the multi-piece stacked 60 mm multi-cutting process for this working condition has outstanding performance in terms of processing performance,environmental impact,and economic efficiency.Finally,based on the sustainability evaluation method proposed in this paper,a remote online monitoring system for the machining status of CNC WEDM machine tools based on the sustainable evaluation model is built.Realize the remote online real-time monitoring of the state of the machine tool,and at the same time evaluate the sustainability of the machining process in real-time.Combining the process design method and condition monitoring system based on the sustainable evaluation model can guide the improvement and upgrade of WEDM processing technology,reduce the resource and energy consumption in the processing process,improve the processing efficiency and processing performance,and realize the WEDM processing Sustainable development of the industry. |
