Polyaspartate polyurea has excellent waterproof,anti-corrosion,adhesion,wear resistance and weather resistance.Now it has been applied to such fields as water conservancy dams and houses,wind power blades,metal inner walls of natural gas storage tanks,underground pipelines,desulfurization towers,ships and marine equipment.However,there are few studies on its functionality.Especially in recent years,with the continuous improvement of the national quality requirements for various projects,it has become crucial to prepare functional polyurea composites with better comprehensive performance and wider application.In this paper,self-made modified graphene oxide?KGO?and graphene oxide/nano-titanium dioxide?GO-TiO2?composite materials are used as fillers to modify polyaspartate polyurea and prepare two new types of polyurea composite materials.The structure and performance of them are studied.The specific research content is as follows:?1?First,graphene oxide?GO?is prepared by the modified Hummers method,and then 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane?KH550?is reacted with GO to obtain KGO.Then,the R component in the polyurea and KGO are uniformly dispersed by ultrasound,and finally the A component is added and the KGO/polyurea composite material is obtained through the steps of mixing,vacuum defoaming,constant temperature curing and other steps in sequence.The results show that KH550reacted with GO successfully to prepare KGO.The introduction of KGO can effectively improve the thermodynamic properties,mechanical properties,hydrophobic properties,solvent resistance,acid and alkali and other chemical properties of the composite materials.Among them,when the mass percentage of KGO is 0.8%,the performance of the composite material is the best.?2?First,GO-TiO2 composite material is obtained by loading GO onto nano-titania?Ti O2?by hydrothermal method.Then,GO-TiO2 and R component of polyurea are dispersed by ultrasonic evenly,and then go through the mixing,vacuum defoaming,constant temperature curing and other processes with A component to obtain GO-TiO2/polyurea composite material.The structure and performance of its composition were characterized.Through research,it is found that compared with pure polyurea,GO-TiO2/polyurea composites have significantly improved UV resistance,solvent resistance,acid and alkali and other chemical properties.Among them,when the mass percentage of GO-TiO2 is 1.5%,the performance of the composite material is the best.
