Small town with resource characteristics is a special type of small town in our country,and the small town with mountain mineral resources is a typical representative of the small town with resource characteristics.It has the dual attributes of small town with mountain and small town with mineral resources.It not only has the direct problems of complex environmental characteristics,fragile ecological environment,limited space for urban development,but also faces the dependence of mineral resources The practical dilemma of the single function,prominent ecological problems and resource decline of the small town of type A.How to realize the transformation and development of cities and towns under the periodic decline of resources and ecological constraints has become the key demand of the current mountainous mineral resource-based cities and towns.At present,under the background of ecological civilization construction in China,the traditional development mode which contradicts the urban space construction and ecological space pattern is no longer applicable,and the new urban growth mode which coordinates the ecological environment protection and urban development construction has been widely recognized.For the small town of mountain mineral resources,only based on the overall ecological environment of the town,coordinating the construction of the town and the management of the ecological environment,and paying attention to the management and reconstruction of the spatial dimension of the town,can we effectively reverse the dependence of the small town of mountain mineral resources on the path of non renewable mineral resources.In this paper,maneling town of Nayong County,located in the Qianxi mountain of Guizhou Plateau,is a typical representative of the small town of mountain mineral resources.Starting from the protection and restoration of the ecological space of the town,the comprehensive use of ecological sensitivity evaluation method,landscape pattern analysis and other theoretical methods are used to explore the technical path to achieve the spatial governance and optimization of the small town with mineral resources characteristics under the protection of ecological environment.The main research process of this paper includes the following four aspects:(1)First of all,the purpose and significance of the topic are clarified.On this basis,through the collection of relevant literature at home and abroad,the related concepts,theories and applications of ecological sensitivity and landscape ecology are studied,and the feasibility and technical path of the application of coupling ecological sensitivity and landscape ecology theory in the small town of mountain mineral resources are discussed.(2)Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of the towns,such as topography,hydrology,vegetation,mineral resources and so on.Based on arcgis10.2 software,the current town information database of the town is established.The problems of urban ecology,production and living space caused by mountain environment and mineral resources development are summarized.(3)Secondly,the ecological sensitivity of maneling town is evaluated.Considering the importance and relevance of the ecological sensitivity,six factors,including land use type,elevation,slope,geological disaster,vegetation coverage,road traffic and road traffic,are selected as the evaluation factors.And through AHP and expert scoring method to evaluate the weight of the indicators,the ecological sensitivity evaluation system of maneling town was constructed.Using arcgis10.2 spatial analysis tool to evaluate and calculate,and express the evaluation results by means of sensitive map,which can be divided into five categories: the least sensitive area,the least sensitive area,the general sensitive area,the sensitive area and the most sensitive area.(4)Finally,the sensitive landscape patches were introduced into FRAGSTATS for spatial analysis and statistics,and four key landscape pattern indexes,such as patch area,density,edge density and landscape dominance,were selected for pattern calculation.Based on the ecological interpretation of the calculation results,the basic characteristics of the current landscape pattern of maneling town are obtained.Furthermore,the landscape pattern patches and ecological sensitivity zoning were overlapped.Combined with the interpretation results of landscape pattern index,the strategies of landscape pattern optimization were proposed from two different scales of town area and town area.The sustainable development of urban economic industry and the coordination of ecological environment protection are the direct problems faced by the current small mountainous mineral resource towns.Industrial guidance and spatial governance are the important difficulties to solve this problem.In this paper,through the coupling of ecological sensitivity evaluation and landscape pattern analysis,we explore the optimization of the spatial pattern of the small towns of mountain mineral resources,and provide some reference for the transformation and sustainable development of the small towns of mountain mineral resources.
