Thanks to the rapid development of Internet technology and the full liberalization of the two-child policy,maternal and child e-commerce has continued to become a trend.Many entrepreneurs have set up maternal and child products online stores on the comprehensive e-commerce platform,such as Tmall and JD.Faced with the ever-changing pattern of the maternal and infant industry and the fierce competition environment of e-commerce,what effective measures should be taken by the online stores of comprehensive e-commerce platform to achieve profitability and sustainable development?This is a topic that operators pay close attention toBased on the mature scales,the study constructed the theoretical model of the online store image--customer satisfaction--customer e-loyalty of the maternal and child products online store in the comprehensive e-commerce platform.In order to demonstrate the relationship between the three variables,this paper analyze the data and finally draws the research conclusion. |
