As one of the pillars of the national economy,oil enterprises must rely on the improvement of staff's ability and quality to drive the development of enterprises if they want to maintain lasting competitiveness.Human resource is an important dominant resource of enterprises,and human capital is the first condition to ensure enterprises to acquire core competitiveness and high-quality development.Human capital investment is the first condition to promote enterprises to quickly seize the target market,take advantage and develop steadily in the competition.It is the core of enterprise development and improvement of human resource management to strengthen the training and development of all kinds of employees,improve employee training satisfaction,and continuously emphasize the importance of establishing and improving the training system.The employee training satisfaction survey can reflect the current situation of enterprise training to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the factors affecting employee training satisfaction.Based on the theory of human capital and related learning theory,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the employees of Yanan Oilfield Co.,Ltd.and processes the questionnaire data.Descriptive statistical analysis method is adopted to analyze and obtain the status quo of the employees' personal situation and the enterprise training status.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between the personal information index,the four-dimensional training satisfaction index,the second-level training satisfaction index and the overall training satisfaction.The establishment of an ordered logistic regression model finally concluded that the 18 secondary indicators of employee training satisfaction had a significant positive impact on the overall training satisfaction,and found out the key training indicators that affected the overall training satisfaction.According to the results of the empirical analysis,the strategies to improve and prolong the employee training satisfaction of oilfield companies are put forward respectively from the organizational level and the personal level.The strategies at the organizational level are mainly carried out from the four dimensions of training satisfaction selected in this paper,among which the strategies for the training system are proposed :(1)establish a training demand survey mechanism.(2)Make scientific training plans.(3)Increase staff feedback after training;Put forward strategies for training courses :(1)timely update the content of training courses,design a reasonable course structure,improve the quality of training courses,so that the training courses follow the pace of The Times and the development of enterprises.(2)Select training courses that meet employees' interests.(3)Subdivide the training courses to make them more targeted;Put forward strategies for training methods :(1)adopt flexible training methods,which are not limited to classroom teaching.(2)Increase the interaction with employees in the training process;Put forward strategies for training time :(1)appropriately increase the number of training sessions.(2)Improve the utilization effect of training time.Mainly from the individual level of strategy selected five personal situation indexes,including age: the company can update in the form of training content and improve training way to meet the needs of young employees,moreover while older employees have adapted to the company's training way but in the long term will also have tired of,this strategy can also help older employees training satisfaction further improve;Education level: Investigate the training needs of employees with different education levels,and then develop appropriate talent training programs to improve employee training satisfaction.In terms of working years,employees with different working years are evaluated for their job skills,and then different training methods are selected to further improve their training satisfaction.Position: Develop training programs suitable for operation service personnel,make the training process transparent,pay attention to the quality and ability of this part of the group's substantive training needs,follow the concept of substance over form,so as to improve the training satisfaction of operation service personnel.
