High-resolution mass spectrometry is a powerful technique for the identification of chemical compounds in different media. In this study,a UPLC-QToF/MS method was employed for the targeted and non-targeted screening of chemical compounds in a commercial PVC/PE,PET/PE?irradiated and non-irradiated?and aluminized BOPP?irradiated and non-irradiated?film.Chemicals identified in these three composite films are mainly divided into six groups, they are antioxidants, plasticizers, slip agents, antistatic agents and adhesives, more attention are focused on non intentionally added substances?NIAS?and oligomers.According to the screening results, several substances with high content and high attention were selected for migration study, the migration experiment used single-sided contact migration method. For PVC/PE film, more than 30 chemicals were identified in PVC/PE film, and 6additives(including Irgafos 168,Irgafos 168-ox,Irgafos 1076,antistatic2-[hexadecyl?2-hydroxyethyl?amino]ethanol,and erucamide were selected for migration study. No obvious migration was found for the six additives in the water simulation. The migration to 40%and 95%ethanol followed Fickien's diffusion, which can be described by the Fick diffusion equation. The diffusion coefficient derived from the equation were between 10-13and 10-10cm2s-1,the diffusion coefficient depends on the type of additives and food simulants.More than 20 chemicals were identified in PET/PE film before and after irradiation, and 6 additives were selected for migration behavior study?including the slipping agents eicosenamide and docosenamide,Irgafos 1076,168 and 168-ox,and plasticizer 1,3-Dilinolein?.The migration level of the additives under irradiation depends on its stability. The additives?eicosenamide, erucamide?have good radiation resistance, and the migration level does not change significantly;Degradation reaction of additives?such as Irganox 1076,Irgafos 168,1,3-dilinolein?under irradiation conditions will lead to a decrease in migration level, the decrease in the migration of Irgafos 168 is related to the increase of the irradiation degradation product Irgafos168-ox.The migration level of the additives also depends on the distribution ratio of the polymer and the food simulant before irradiation. The higher the content of the additives in the food simulant without irradiation, the higher the migration level will be after irradiation. The results can provide guidance for future studies on the migration of chemicals in food packaging materials.More than 10 substances were identified in aluminized BOPP film before and after irradiation, and three antioxidants were selected for migration behavior study, they are Irganox 1010,1076 and 168-ox.The effect of irradiation Irganox 1010 and Irganox 1076 is larger, and the migration effect of Irganox 168-ox is smaller. The effect of irradiation on migration is related to the stability of the additive. The effect of gamma irradiation on the migration of Irganox 1010 and Irganox 1076 is greater.
