Cars drive in the actual process, the incentives for a variety of automotive powertrainsystem inevitably produces vibration, thus affecting the vehicle driving stability and ridecomfort, handling stability and driving, if the situation serious when also for auto parts inlife and damage to the vehicle reliability. Drive shaft is a crucial part of automobile powertransmission system, based on its vibration optimization will directly improve autoharshness (NVH) characteristics of the power transmission system, and can effectivelyimprove the vehicle performance.Due to a micro-car with more obvious vibration problems, so this paper for the studyof the micro-car, drive shafts to optimize its vibrations is analyzed, the main contents areas follows:1. According to a detailed analysis of the drive shaft layout, structure, vibrationtheory and vibration isolation theory the joint research status at home and abroad, obtainedseveral optimal design schemes can effectively reduce the transmission shafting vibration.And according to the car specific situation to choose suitable transmission shaftoptimization scheme, namely by adjusting the size of the drive shaft axis tube design forshaft vibration system to optimize the design.2. Based on the theory of multi-body dynamics, According to the optimized schemeof virtual prototype technology is used to establish two sets of drive shaft dynamicssimulation model. And use the software on the drive shaft intermediate support location ofvibration acceleration simulation test, and compare test results data, verify theoptimization scheme can effectively reduce the transmission shafting vibrationcharacteristics.3. Will be two sets of drive shaft manufacturing and modal tests and vibration noisetest, and then by means of two sets of drive shaft, comparing the test results verify thefeasibility of optimization and the reliability of the simulation results.This paper through to the vibration of drive shaft is optimized design to improve thevibration of the vehicle. For the vibration of the power transmission system and thevehicle in the future research and development has a certain guiding significance to theoptimization and design.
