Axle housing is an important part in loader driving systems, In order to extendthe life of the loader coin welding bridge shell fatigue, To improve the safety andreliability, Based on the ZL50CN bridge shell as the research object and to analysisthe residual stress.In order to get ZL50CN bridge shell of the steel plate during welding used inoptimum technological parameters:First, this paper applies the finite element analysis software ANSYS16MNL to16mm thick steel plate welding simulation, it is concluded that the size anddistribution.Then,6block made by different welding technological parameters of16MNL16mm thick steel plate, steel plate welding simulation based on ANSYS analysisresults, determine the distribution of observation points, by using X ray stress meter ofeach measuring point stress testing, and ultimately determine the best processparameters for the welding current is500a, welding speed9.5m/h, welding voltage30v. At the same time also get with the improvement of welding current and weldingspeed, welding residual stress increases. When welding voltage constant, increase ordecrease the welding current and welding speed one of them, and change themagnitude of the same age, it's found that the welding speed are welding current biginfluence on welding residual stress.In order to get the bridge shell stress is small, safe and reliable:This paper using the X ray stress meter of the original bridge shell of anenterprise of the bridge and the weld area to the bending stress tests, it is concludedthat the size and distribution. Among them, the most big stress distribution of bridgehousing found on the corner of the bridge and of the welding position of oil, theenterprises in the production of bridge shell, can be improved when handling or tostress to focus on the stress changes here.And then, guide enterprises to enter the bridge housing production, productionprocess mainly USES the enterprise existing, among them, in the welding process, theprocess parameters of selection by analysis of data, this paper will produce bridgeshell shot peening treatment.Application of X ray stress meter on experimental bridge shell stress test, testplan and test methods and test the original bridge shell is consistent, the test resultscompared with the test results of the original bridge shell, found a significant decline in stress, in particular the stress of the weld was reduced by20%or so.
