With the rapid development of farm vehicle, the issues of vibration and noise areconcerned by the public gradually. The clients’ demand for high quality of the productbrings about the result that the security and the harshness of the farm vehicle are paidgreat attention by the users. Therefore, the vibration damping or isolation of thepowertrain in working condition which is considered as one kind of the vibration andnoise source has become urgent problem that should be solved effectively. Via themethod of reasonable configuration for the powertrain’s mounting system, not onlythe comfort can be promoted, but also the lifespan of components in power system can beextended which has a positive effect on the improvement of engine vibration.The graduate paper makes a overall analysis and research on traditional mountingsystem, and thus, puts forward an effective design scheme according to the study of thepowertrain’s mounting system fixed on the very vehicle named QJ2815CD3A, that is tosay, design the value of stiffness and fix up the orientation and position of the rubbermounts reasonably, which plays an important role on improving the properties of securityand harshness and achieving the target on vibration damping.Firstly, the reason of strong vibration is analyzed by the method of experiment to thefarm vehicle with engine named YC2118and mounting system, and the improved targetis established according to the result of test on vibration. Secondly, with the design of theexperiment bench and corresponding fixtures, the mass parameter and inertia parameterof the powertrain can be obtained via the tests and relevant mathematics. Thirdly, withthe six-DOF vibration model and the dynamic simulation model of the powertrain andmounting system established, the natural characteristics of the system can be analyzedafter the parameters are inputted to the simulation model. Finally, aimed at decouplingrate, the optimal mounting rubbers can be achieved by Vibration Plugin in Adamssoftware, meanwhile, a simulation analysis is carried out to ensure the improvedmounting system has better vibration damping effect than primeval one.
