Drive axle as the key components of loader, also play the role of a supporting load.In thispaper,the methods combine numerical analysis and test are used to estimate the fatigue life of driveaxle based on the actuality that its main damage form is fatigue failure caused by long-termaccumulated under the action of alternating load damage.Further,the experiment be used to verified it.This main research content of this article is as follows:(1)The point cloud data of drive axle are collected by adopting the reverse technology,then processingand surface reconstruction are applied to the point cloud data.And after processing, the physical modeland the design model builded by the pro-e software imported into the quality detection software tofind out the deviation between the location and amount of deviation of the physical model and designmodel. In the end,completed the correction of3d model according to the multiple physical quality testresults.(2)Have an finite element analysis of the Drive axle in three kinds of working condition by usingANSYS software,and to obtain the stress and strain distribution of drive axle.(3)The existence of the Drive axle residual stress state be Obtained by using X ray residual stressmeasurement technology,and the mathematical model based on the intensity of residual stresses bebuild on the basis of previous study.Finally,the finite element analysis results are corrected by themathematical model.(4)The s-n curve of traditional material conditions are corrected by multiple factors on the basis ofprevious studies.Then,achieve the software according to the revised fatigue life model,and complete thesolution of the bridge shell fatigue life in the preparation of the software on the basis of combination ofbridge shell material s-n curve and fatigue performance parameters.In the end,the numerical analysisresults be verified through the fatigue bench test.The research of fatigue life of the loader drive axle were studied combining with reversetechnology, material performance test, ate test for residual stress analysis and fatigue principle analysisand software,which also provides reference for other anti-fatigue design.Further have practicalsignificance and reference function.
