| The column of the circular steel and concrete is the concrete is filled in the circular steel tube,make two kinds of steel tube and the core concrete of different materials-in the collaborative work of the state,structure component jointsubjected to external load.This collaborative work ability to limit bearing capacity of circular steel tubeconcrete column is greatly improved,which is widely used in practical engineering,and has a high economic value.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS,circular concrete pipe stress analysis column,will analyze the results and the literature comparing experimental data to determine the ABAQUS finite element model,which can be used as study of ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled circular steel columns under bending state.In this paper,short columns of concrete filled circular steel columns and long eccentricity,the impact strength of concrete and steel thickness on bending bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column,the analysis showed that:1.With the pipe wall thickness increasing,the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column increases.Between 12 mm to 16 mm,round steel tube wall thickness on the ultimate bearing capacity grow larger,round steel tube wall thickness should not less than 12 mm and not be greater than 16 mm.2.With the increasing of eccentricity,ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column decreased.Eccentricity is large,the curve of the falling section is relatively flat,good ductility,and vice verso.3.With the improvement of the concrete strength,ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column increases.At low concrete strength,relatively gentle curve segment declined,which showed the good deform-ability and good ductility.With the higher the level of concrete strength,steel hoop concrete set of action gradually become weak,column ductility become worse,prone to brittle fracture,and therefore high strength concrete core concrete should be not used.4.In this paper,taking the framework Ningshan seven residential projects as examples,to use finite element software ABAQUS circular concrete filled steel tabular column side column for the object modeling and analyzing,the stress state of the environment does not change,the analysis of the different parameters of the column in the variable pressure under the influence of the ultimate bearing capacity of bending action.The results are showed that:With the increasing of circular steel pipe wall thickness,circular steel concrete column ultimate bearing capacity increases.Between 12 mm to 16 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity round steel tube wall thickness increases rapidly,round steel tube wall thickness should not less than 12 mm and not be greater than 16 mm.With the improvement of the concrete strength,ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column increases.Between C25 to C40,the growth of ultimate bearing capacity is larger,the concrete strength grade is unfavorable exceed C40.With the increasing of eccentricity,ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube column decreases.When the eccentricity is less than 40 mm,smaller decline of ultimate bearing capacity,the eccentricity should not be greater than 40 mm.From the ultimate bearing capacity of the round steel tube concrete column values can be seen that the increase or decrease the margin,strength grade of concrete influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the round steel tube concrete column is obvious;Round steel tube wall thickness influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the round steel tube concrete column is obvious;The ultimate bearing capacity of the eccentricity of the round steel tube concrete column effect is not obvious. |
