In steel reinforced concrete structure, the synergistic effect of shaped-steel and concrete, shaped-steel layout and ratio, concrete strength grade and loading form are the keys to influence ultimate bearing capacity.Unsymmetrical L-cross section trussed special-shaped steel reinforced concrete column is analyzed by ANSYS. The results of numerical simulation and examination are compared to validate the synergistic effect of shaped-steel and concrete. Based numerical simulation, using finite element model, influence of concrete strength grade, loading eccentricity, loading angle, shaped-steel layout and ratio on ultimate bearing capacity is analyzed in order to find out discipline of ultimate bearing capacity, rational shaped-steel layout and ratio. Finally, the ultimate bearing capacity of special-shaped steel reinforced concrete column and special-shaped reinforced concrete column is compared. Analyzed the comparison, shaped-steel configuration can improve he ultimate bearing capacity, especially in large eccentricity condition.
