In recent years,natural disasters occur frequently,and cities are attacked by hard rains and storms causing water logging and great damage.The drainage system of the city needs to improved urgently.Drainage control system of underpass bridge in the city is an importantcomponent of urban infrastructure construction and management,whichshouldersthe heavy responsibility of prevention of water logging in the city,and shows the construction of modernization.The characters of underpass bridge in the city is analyzed in detail in the paper,and an integral design scheme of drainage control system of underpass bridge is proposed.In order to improve efficiency of the management of underpass bridge,modern detection technology,intelligent control theory,sensortechnology,computer technology,software of industrial control and communication technology are applied in the control system.Firstly,precision and stable sensors is used in the system to detect the state of water logging and the data of drainage.The computer in the underpass bridge analysis these data then,and the result will be used as the main criterion of the control system.All the data the system produced will be sent to the remote monitoring center,stored in the databases,used to figure out the operationscheme after the dynamic analysis.Considering the defect contacting liquidmeter shows in liquid level detecting,a contactless liquid level detecting method is proposed,which reduces the complexity of the liquid level detecting device,provides right result,and improve the detecting accuracy.
