Smart grid is the development trend of power industry in the future.Substation operation tends to be intelligent,automatic and unmanned,which brings new changes to the traditional substation operation mode.According to the requirements of integrated regulation and control work deployment,with the goal of comprehensively improving the security level of dispatching operation and equipment operation efficiency,and putting an end to missing monitoring,wrong control and wrong dispatching,a smart grid operation and control platform supporting the "smart dispatching" and spot market will be built to promote the steady progress of smart grid construction.On the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system,deepen the construction of integrated regulation and control,and comprehensively improve the level of lean management of regulation and operation.On the one hand,integrated regulation and control will achieve more effective and convenient operation and maintenance mode,providing reliability and timeliness for remote control of the knife gate;on the other hand,the integrated regulation and control mode also brings new risks and challenges.This paper fully responds to the development trend of the integration of regulation and control,explores the strategy scheme to improve the reliability of remote control of substation knife gate,and finally realizes the safe and reliable remote control operation of substation.Taking the risk analysis of the remote control link of the knife gate as the basic idea,a complete set of risk analysis method is proposed,and the scheme design and Application Research for the remote control risk of the knife gate are given.The main work includes:(1)Starting from the operation principle of the knife gate,the paper compares the methods and characteristics of the traditional knife gate operation,analyzes the essence and connotation of the remote control operation of the knife gate,as well as the new characteristics and influences brought by the new mode,(2)This paper analyzes the risk points in the whole process of remote control,studies the failure mechanism and Countermeasures of remote control,establishes the failure model of remote control based on fault tree theory,and realizes the analysis of weak links.(3)Put forward the design scheme to solve the risk problem,including the improvement scheme of error prevention system,the optimization scheme of intelligent remote machine,the monitoring network security strategy,and control the risk from the whole process of design,construction and application,so as to solve the reliability problem of remote control.(4)Based on the improved remote control operation scheme,a new remote control practice scheme is established to carry out application research,and combined with the switch control strategy,a set of matching norms and operation and maintenance methods are proposed to further promote the goal and requirements of the integrated construction of regulation and control.
