Transport vehicles mainly include trucks,buses,and so on.With characteristics of the high position of the center of gravity and the longer and larger bodys,transport vehicles are more prone to rollover than other small vehicles when through the curves and avoiding obstacles in high-speed.And accidents of rollover always cause serious casualties and property losses.In this thesis,to solve the safety issues of transport vehicles' rollover,a certain type of vehicle was selected to carry out the research on the prediction and active anti-rollover control of rollover.The main research work was as follows:(1)Establish a dynamics simulation platform of the triaxial truck.The veDYNA,a kind of vehicle system dynamics software,was used to establish a dynamics simulation platform of the triaxial truck.Then,according to a actual driving test,the same condition was selected to verify the validity of the simulation platform.Simulation results showed that:the model could dynamically simulate the whole process of transport vehicles'rollover,and provided one experimental verification platform for the following studies of the dynamics characteristics,prediction and active anti-roll control of vehicles' rollover.(2)Research on the dynamics characteristics of transport vehicles' rollover.In this paper,the various factors affecting the transport vehicles were analyzed during rollover occurs,focusing on the degree that structural parameters of transport vehicles,dynamic parameters and road influent parameters impacted the rollover.Then dynamic characteristics of them were integrally understood.(3)Research on the prediction of transport vehicles' rollover.The characteristics of lateral acceleration,roll angle and lateral load transfer rate were compared and analyzed,and a new comprehensive evaluating indicator of transport vehicles' rollover was proposed based on the lateral acceleration and roll angle.Then the new comprehensive evaluating indicator was verified through the established triaxial truck dynamics simulation platform.With a goal of the time that dynamic rollover indicator reached the threshold,an improved rollover time prediction model was proposed and made some verifications and adjustments by using established triaxial vehicle dynamics simulation platform.(4)Research on the transport-vehicles' active anti-rollover control strategy.In this paper a transport vehicles' active anti-roll control strategy was designed,using the Active Disturbance Rejection Control Technology(ADRC)to control the comprehensive evaluating indicator of rollover.When the comprehensive evaluating indicator reached the threshold,the controller could output a required real-time and anti-rollover moment and the moment was distributed to vehicle's rear axle suspentions.Then the control performance of that was verified by simulation experiments.Finally,major innovations and deficiencies of this thesis are pointed out,and subsequent research works are prospected.
