Research On Vibration Reducing Methods Of Electric Vehicle

In recent years,electric vehicles rapidly develop,and electric vehicles are different from conventional vehicles in structure and performance,but the research on vibration reducing methods of electric vehicle is rare;the time delay damper theory strives to discover and utilize its advantages.Time delay damper theory is a significant innovation and is an important breakthrough in time delay phenomenon in epistemology.In this paper,dynamic vibration absorber damping ideas and time delay damper theory are used in electric vehicles vibration damping,and the application of dynamic vibration absorber and time delay damper theory in electric vehicles vibration damping is researched.Firstly,generally electric vehicle’s battery packs are fixedly connected in the front and rear ends of the chassis,and their quality is consistent with the requirement of dynamic vibration absorber tuning quality;since electric vehicles are different from conventional vehicles in structure and performance,so the battery packs can be suspended as the tuning quality for the electric vehicle body vibration reducing.Secondly,it is done that the parameters optimization and the simulation of electric vehicle vibration with harmonic excitation or random excitation.Then it is found that the methods with three different objective functions can all make vibration reducing much better,and the method with vibrational energy as objective function is best of three.Finally,since the way of electric vehicles vibration reducing is special,and contrasting the effect to the EV’s vibration with different battery vibrational condition as time delay feedback,it is found that using battery vibrational speed as time delay feedback is the best way.Then the advantage of time delay damper in EVs’ vibration reducing is confirmed.The method suspending battery packs for EVs vibration reducing is very effective without making EVs’ performance worse,and the using of time delay damper makes EVs’ vibration reducing much better.
