The economy and security of formwork system in engineering construction is one of the most important development areas on civil engineering which exist more challenge.This thesis introduce and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of formwork supports systems which have used in domestic and foreign construction.And a new truss-type formwork supports system were test and researched.For the popularization and application,the principal working focus on follows.(1)Based on current standards,regulations and investigation in construction,the author designed two lengths of truss type formwork support.Then ensured its rationality with the design software.(2)In order to investigate the mechanical performance of the truss-style support,two static load texts are carried out and the loading properties and the change of deflection are analyzed,it indicated that the support designed have enough bearing capacity as the support of concrete floor.At the same time,using finite element software to make simulation analysis,then state the reason for the difference and the application feasibility of truss through compared the result.And the length of truss,the size of bar section,the style of support are optimized in finite element method.(3)A new type named beam-truss support was introduced in this paper,and its connection of elements,the affecting factors of bearing capacity were analyzed.The two new type formwork supporting system can be reused,and it insured the relative independence between the adjacent storey-parts in constructing buildings.
