Currently,the total energy consumption of building energy consumption accounts for about 30%of our society,2 to 3 times higher than in developed countries under the same climatic conditions,building energy issue is an important issue facing our country,improve energy saving building materials the use of scale and promote the development of energy-saving technology is the key to fundamentally solve our nation building energy issues.In China building energy consumption accounts for the proportion of windows and doors from 25 to 30%,for solving the windows energy saving measures to promote the use of insulating glass spacer is a direct impact on the key energy-saving effect of insulating glass,paper ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)as a base material,AC as the blowing agent,ZnO is co-blowing agent,molecular sieve as the absorbent agent,polyethylene wax compatibilizer,paraffin and paraffin as phase change the phase change material,prepared by melt blending continuously get super warm edge spacers.In this paper,the process temperature,the amount of molecular sieve,the type and amount of blowing agent,polyethylene wax,paraffin wax and paraffin wax phase change phase transformation system Super Spacer rheological properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the foam Foaming Mechanism and processing conditions,formulation design analyzes,design and optimization process,the following results and conclusions:adding(1)EVA matrix of the components obtained blends is still a pseudoplastic fluid temperature,reducing molecular sieve Etc,increasing the amount of plasticizer can improve the rheological properties of the blends,in favor of processing;(2)It was added to improve the crystallinity of the zeolite is not a substrate;(3)A foaming agent series than AC foaming agent Klein easier to form via structure,the amount of' bubbles and more uniform;(4)at a processing temperature of a region 100?110 ?.the Second District 140?150 ?.three areas 170?185 ?,four Area 170?175 ?,EVA 100 parts,25 parts of zeolite,AC foaming agent 1.5 to 2.0 parts or 2.5 to 3.0 parts by Klein blowing agent,paraffin/phase change 10 parts paraffin wax,polyethylene wax,5 parts of zinc oxide 1 part,can be prepared relatively excellent mechanical properties,morphology than aesthetically pleasing appearance Super Spacer sample;(5)wax,paraffin wax phase change enables the addition of Super Spacer has a regenerative properties,thermal insulation effect is improved but not obvious.
