With the development of power industry and the progress of science and technology,generating set develops continuously toward the direction of high parameter and large capacity.More and more high degree of automation needs the generator operation persons have higher level technical knowledge,skills and strain capacity,etc.Thermal professional has occupied a pivotal position in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.It is pressing that thermal personnel master the related technical knowledge about process control and functional configuration of the unit DCS system.Therefore,it needs to actively research and develop a altitude simulation training device that matchs the power plant unit,in order to improve the technical level of thermal personnel.This paper studies deeply simulative simulation technology based on virtual DCS,expands and develops the simulation function on the basis of traditional simulator.Then,it designs the integrated thermal simulation training system for thermal training.It combines with the key application of power plant operation,common problems and frequent failures in the design.At the same time,it designs the evaluation system for training results.The training system can help the thermal personnel to learn and master control system knowledges,such as DCS configuration,debugging,settingand so on.It can make effective ang high quality training through the combination of DCS and simulation model.The first step of developing training system is to analyze the function of system,including the system goal,content and technical requirements.It enters the stage of the training system design based on the simulative simulation technology,after the preliminary requirements analysis.The system is mainly divided into five subsystems:training management subsystem,training simulation subsystem,training question bank subsystem,assisted learning subsystem and evaluation subsystem.In the paper,it introduced the function of each subsystem.Among them,the evaluation subsystem is the key part of training system.The article mainly introduces its evaluation content and evaluation criteria,with enssuring the comprehensive,fairness and rationality of system.The design of training question bank subsystem is particularly important,as a core part of training system.It designs to the form of hierarchical training,and the training topic is divided into four categories: entry level,primary,intermediate and senior.Each categorie investigates the difficulty level,increasing step by step,by selecting and enumerating the most representative and practical title.Finally,it introduces the platform design and implementation of thermal training system,including software,hardware and the realization of the five subsystems.In this paper,it introduces clearly the use of thetraining system and the content or operation method of each subsystem in detail,through the training system application interface specification.
