Research Of County Theatre Space Design And The Expression Of Regional Culture

Theatre Architecture,an indispensable building type in modern cities,plays an essential role in promoting national and spiritual culture.With the development of politics and economy,the increasingly rising of living standard,people spend more and more time and energy for the pursuit of spiritual life.County Theater,as an important carrier of people's culture,is the closest building type to people's life at the basic level.However,most of the county theaters,which ascribed to outdated construction,single function and old facilities,can not meet the demand of nowadays diversified shows,so that the reconstruction of the theatre at the county level has already kicked off.It comes as no surprise that how to make the county theater more suitable for the needs of county-level cities and citizens becomes a significant issue.Based on the analysis of current development situation and problems in county theater,the author finds a series of design strategies for their space in particular area,which focusing on space design and regional culture expression.This thesis contains six chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the background,current situation,purpose and methods of research and the frame of this whole thesis.Chapter 2 presents the influence factors in county-level theatre design,as well as sums up the basic functions and streamline characteristics of county-level theatre,which from the analysis of the origin of county theatre and its current development situation.In Chapter 3,the author analyzes the county theatre space design strategies and methods and judges their advantages and disadvantages with actual cases analysis,from the aspects of general space combination,the organiz ation of internal and external space design and compound space design.The regional culture expression of several typical cases from domestic and abroad are analyzed from the three factors of nature,humanity and technology in Chapter 4.And then the autho r discusses the expression methods in county theatre,from the space,image,material,color etc.Chapter 5 illustrates the design strategies of county theatre,from design principles,critical points and design concept.In Chapter 6,a real project,Anhua Grand Theatre,is applied to verify the basic design strategies of county theatre in this thesis,which is designed by author himself,from the project basic situation,general layout,space design,regional culture expression and construction technology etc.
