Research On Planning And Design Of Riverfront Park In Zhenyuan County Based On Regional Culture

As an important landscape resource of the city,the landscape of Riverfront Park,with the development of globalization,has been created similar to others,which results in the lack of characteristics and charms of the landscape of Riverfront District.As an important public space in the city,the landscape of Riverfront Park not only has the function of improving the ecological environment,and providing leisure and entertainment places,but also play the part in enhancing the image of the city and creating the characteristics of the city.This paper sets the landscape of Riverfront Park of Enle River in Zhenyuan county as the research object,specifies the concepts and theories of the Riverfront Park landscape and its regional cultures,summarizes the relationship between them and concludes the application of regional culture in Riverfront Park landscape after investigating domestic progresses and trends.Thereafter,investigating the regional culture of Zhenyuan county and analyzes current circumstances of riverfront with field trip,then,the upper level planning was analyzed and summarized,and its regional culture characteristics are concluded.Ultimately,proposing cultural creating strategies to Zhenyuan Riverfront Park landscape according to the landscape design of “Xinminjiang Bridge-Laominjiang Bridge” riverfront.Through the above research,the paper had obtained the following research results:(1)The principles according to regional culture in the design of Riverfront Park including integrated planning,natural ecology,cultural inheritance,and also,people oriented.Retaining,reappearing,metaphor,symbolization,simplification,abstraction,comparison,combination,reconstitution and innovation are the expression of regional culture in the design of Riverfront Park.(2)This resume selected the expressions of landscape designing from the colors and patterns of clothing,architecture symbols,dance movement,indigenous plants and animals,indigenous materials of the Yi nationality,according to the nature resources and regional cultures of Zhenyuan County.For instance,applying patterns on ornaments and sculptures,reappearing architectural styles in buildings,retaining indigenous plants and animals elements on landscaping,and combining the methods above as the basic designs of Riverfront Park.(3)The landscape of Riverfront Park was shaped by the characteristics of Zhenyuan County,and the surrounding environment of the research sections.In the process of shaping the Riverfront Park,it proposed the display and inheritance of regional culture,took into account design principles such as ecology and safety,and formulated goals such as shaping the image of the city and promoting regional culture.According to the requirements of the planning,the current terrain,and the flood control,the landscape of Riverfront Park is divided into four sub-areas,namely,the terraced leisure area,the fire dance square area,the sunny dock area,and the commercial and living area,which to meet the leisure,entertainment,commerce and distribution,and shows the ecological characteristics and regional culture of Zhenyuan County.
