| With the development of society and technology,renewable resource such as wind power and water power become the major development of energy utilization since its non-pollution and recyclablility.With the rapid development of wind power industry in recent years,prestressed concrete-steel hybrid wind turbine tower has obvious advantages for wind turbine towers with increasing power.The design of the connection between the prestressed concrete and steel tubular is most important for the whole prestressed concrete-steel hybrid wind turbine tower.In this paper,a new connection method is proposed at first and its feasibility is studied numerically with finite element method for a 77.5m hybrid wind turbine tower structure which is connected at the height of 16m.The elastic and plastic analysis on the connection are carried out and the stress and strain distribution on the concrete,prestressing cable,steel tubular,the connection flange and the strip are obtained under design loads including moment,shear and axial load.Checking load of the scale model,and making numerical analysis as well as experiment to test the availability and rationality of the design,and offering data to our wind tower industry.This thesis would concentrate on the following aspect:(1)In order to solve the problem of traditional flange connection,a new connection design between the prestressed concrete and steel tubular is proposed and elastic and plastic numerical simulation on the connection were carried out by ABAQUS.The simulation results was compared with the results of traditional flange connection design to prove the it better.(2)A scale connection unit model was designed.Load checking calculation and numerical simulation on the scale model was carried out.The result of the numerical simulation show the rationality and availability of the experiment.(3)Experimental study on the scale specimen was carried out by the hydraulic-servo actuator.Collecting the data and analyzing the strain and displacement of steel part and concrete.Results was analyzed and compared with the numerical simulation and show that the experimental study agrees well with the numerical simulation results. |
