| Because of the energy shortage in the word,as a clean and renwableenergy,wind energy is particularly important.With the continuous increase of the installed capacity of wind turbines,the height of the tower has been increasing.Which has exacerbated the problems of the large diameter of the bottom of the traditional steel tower,difficult teansportation and poor economy.Comcrete filled steel tubular lattice tower structure can solve the above problems well.The engine room at the top of the steel tube concrete lattice tower id a circular base,which limits the form of the connection between the top of the steel tube concrete lattice tower and the engine room to a certain extent,so the connection section of the steel tube concrete lattice tower and the engine room structural selection and mechanical properties research is particularly important.this paper puts forward two new types of connection section structural schemes of ring-shaped steel box girder connection setion and cylindrical connection section.Based on the finite element numerical properties.The main research content of this article invowes the following aspects:Based on the structural parameters of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice tower structure,a new connection section between the top of the concrete-filled steel tubular lattice tower and the engine room is designed.Through the establishment of a new type of connection section between the top of CFST lattice tower and the engine room,i.e.the finite element numerical model of the connection section of ring steel box girder,the relevant parameters affecting its mechanical properties are studied,and the main parameters that play a controlling role are determined as follows: the height of ring steel box girder,the thickness of web and the width of ring steel box girder,and the connection form of the connection section is optimized.It is found that with the increase of the height of the ring steel box girder in the range of 440mm-620 mm,the maximum stress of the connection section decreases gradually.This is because with the increase of the height of the ring steel box girder,the length of the weld between the columnleg and the ring steel box girder increases correspondingly,which improves the stress concentration at the joint.By establishing the finite element numerical model of the new connecting section with the top of CFST lattice tower and the engine room,i.e.the cylinder connecting section,the optimal connecting structure of the two types of cylinder connecting section is found out.In this paper,the parameters of mechanical properties,the height and thickness of the circular steel tube are studied.With the increase of the height of the circular steel tube,the maximum stress of the connection section decreases.This is due to the increase of the height of the circular steel cylinder and the corresponding weld length,which improves the stress concentration at the joint.The deformation of the connection section also increases with the increase of the circular steel cylinder,which is due to the increase of the height of the circular steel cylinder,resulting in the decrease of the rigidity of the connection section. |
