Energy and environment is the pressing problems to solve for the human survival and development,wind power as a clean and renewable energy,has received great attention of the countries all over the world.Wind power development in our country is late,the technology is relatively backward,but in recent years the development is also very rapid.Thus,the main direction of exploring wind power is to improve the control technology of domestic generators and further reduce the cost of wind power generation through raising the utilization rate of wind power.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop control system with self-owned intellectual property rights from the perspectives of technology,economy and society.Permanent-magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)direct driven by wind turbine have developed rapidly due to its simple structure,low maintenance costs,high conversion efficiency,high reliability.First,This paper is orientated to introduce the basic structure of the direct-drive wind power system and the basic theory of wind turbine.Based on this,a mathematical model of wind turbine is established,which lays the foundation for wind turbine control.principles of the yaw control system and charging methods of the battery management unit are strongly described in this paper,all these laid a theoretical basis for the design of the fan yaw system and battery management unit.Second,the study seeks to design yaw system of wind turbine after calculating the wind power of wind turbine and introducing the process of its energy conversion and its fundamental characteristics.Third,the study attempts to design tracking controller to make the yaw system follow the wind automatically and the blades of wind turbine face the wind in order to realize maximum power point tracker(MPPT)and get energy as much as possible.Due to the close man wind power control system has the characteristics of high reliability,high compatibility,direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine XE93-2000 type choose Bachmann MX213 processor as the main controller of the control scheme of the company.The paper aims at solving the problem of wind turbine yaw by analyzing the yaw system from theoretical analysis to the specific control implementation.And then the paper precisely studies its control system and actuator in terms of analysis,modeling methods,model selection.Besides,the paper focuses on the calculation,selection of the yaw system and its connection modes.Taking the yaw system as the research subject,analyzing the tasks of the yaw system,the paper will set up the yaw system.Finally,the study seeks to design the circuit of hardware and software of the standby power battery management unit.The battery manager adopted the modular design technology,pointed as three independent function module :Main power supply,Control power supply and CPU board,it has a strong economy and maintainability.The charging management mode of battery management unit is a combination of early string charging and late balanced pulse charging mode,increased three times charging efficiency,while maintaining the balance of the whole group batteries.The charging device realized the nationalization of the battery management unit design,and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the large fan.
