The crack problem that caused by large amount of hydration heat in the dam is always the emphasis and difficulty in the engineering field.The Fly ash which replaces cement as a separate component of concrete is an efficient and economy method,but fly ash still is low used in concrete currently,so it is very necessary to formulating high volume fly ash concrete to meet the performance requirements of the dam,because the crack resistance of the concrete dam can ensure the durability.The evaluation of early cracking unilateral evaluation for Traditional dam concrete crack mostly from the adiabatic temperature rise,ultimate tensile value,but not comprehensive the mechanical and thermal influences.Therefore,using temperature stress testing machine(TSTM),considering temperature record to evaluate the performance of fly ash concrete early cracking.In this paper,the fly ash concrete from A hyperbolic arch dam is applied as the reference concrete to deploy a gradient of different fly ash concrete and assess the merits of its performance.Based on the study of relevant mechanical properties from hardened ultra-high content fly ash concrete,obtain four traditional evaluation crack resistance: Ultimate tensile,adiabatic temperature rise,tension-compression ratio and compressive.By contrast,the performance indicators obtained from 3 different level of ultrahigh fly ash concrete is good,the high effective of fly ash with a bright prospects for the development.Combined with temperature controlsimulation program to determine the high arch dam A measured temperature history curve of the test,the concrete at different temperatures in the process of real-time stress deformation parameters and crack resistance index,and evaluation of anti crack performance.
