In recent years,an increasing number of experts focus on research and utilization of fly ash,especially in the field of architecture.Making High-volume fly ash(HVFA)mortar replacing part of cement with fly ash is the typical example of effective utilization of fly ash in the construction field.High-volume fly ash(HVFA)mortar is green material with highperformance,Fly ash can improve the performance of mortar.In order to reveal the interaction and change rule of the composition and properties of HVFA motar,physical and mechanical properties,construction performance and viscosity performance of HVFA mortar is studied to begin with optimizing concrete mix proportion.Through this research,it can provide an important reference to promote the development and application of HVFA mortar.The originality innovation of this thesis is summarized as following:Firstly,Optimizing mortar mix proportion,Obtaining an method of optimizing mix proportion about HVFA mortar.Secondly,Taking the fluidity and consistency as the evaluation indexes of workability,the effects of water-binder ratio,amount of water reducing agent,content of fly ash(reach up to 80 percent account for the total mass of cement material),quality of fly ash on the workability of high-volume fly ash mortar were investigated.The results shows as follows: The mortar dispersion degree with different content fly ash can be increased by increasing water-binderratio and amount of water reducing agent.If the amount of water reducing agent and water-binder ratio keep the same,the fluidity of mortar increases as the amount of fly ash increases,which reveals that the water-binder ratio can be reduced by increasing the amount of fly ash replacing portland cement in the mortar.The sensibility of the workability of mortar with different amount of fly ash differs to the water-binder ratio and the amount of water reducing agent.At last,Making an analysis on workability of high-volume fly ash mortar based on viscosity,the effects of water-binder ratio,amount of water reducing agent,content of fly ash(reach up to 80 percent account for the total mass of cement material),quality of fly ash on the viscosity of high-volume fly ash mortar were investigated.The results shows as follows: The mortar viscosity degree can be decreased by increasing content fly ash or water-binder ratio or amount of water reducing agent.The more the content of fly ash,the lower the sensibility to water reducing agent,the less impact on the mortar viscosity change rate.On the influence degree,the content of fly ash have the biggest influence on the mortar viscosity,amount of water reducing agent and quality of water reducing agent in the next place,quality of fly ash and water-binder ratiohave a influence of the minimum.
