The composite slab is the combination of precast concrete and cast-in-situ concrete structure.and it is an important part of housing industrialization.Grid composite slab is a new type of composite slab,which is made by concreting in-situ on the precast grid slab.In order to reduce the weight of the slab,foamed concrete is filled among the lattice beams,on the same time it can also ensure their mechanical performance.The ratio of the short side to the long side is 1:1.19,which belongs to two-way slab.The slab solving many problems existing in the composite slab in an creative way,such as more material,great weight inconvenient transportation,complex construction technology,poor mechanical performance.It has more broad prospects in application.This paper studied the mechanical performance of the grid composite slab and compare with the cast-in-situ solid slab by means of static load test.The main contest is as follows:1.By means of the static load test on the grid composite slab,studied the mechanical performance such as the bending bearing capacity,cracking laws,stress distribution of steel bar and concrete,shearing resistance of combined interface and so on.According to the research,the grid composite slab has light weight and high bearing capacity.Cracks turn more and narrow,the deflection value under the maximum load is smaller.2.Compare the grid composite slab with cast-in-situ concrete slab about their similarities and differences on stress mechanism and failure mechanism.The failure of yield line is not obvious,Most of the cracks are vertical to the grid beam.3.Through the analysis of the data,on the one hand,study the calculation method of the bearing capacity,the stiffness,internal force,crack resistance and the crack of the grid composite slab.On the other hand,the optimization scheme of the composite slab is studied for further research.4.The treatment of the composite surface and the construction technology of the grid composite slab are discussed.
