Having the advantage of high construction speed,free templates,good entirety and high bearing capacity,composite floors are widely used in assembled pre-cast structures.Shale ceramsite concrete is a new type of lightweight aggregate concrete which has the advantage of light weight,good seismic performance and favorable insulation properties.Combining shale ceramsite concrete with composite floors can not only reduce structural weight but also improve the floor insulation performance.Large span slab can make the structure space of the residence more flexibility,accord with people's individuation requirement to the residence more,have good development and application prospect.Under that situation,the experimental study on the mechanical properties of shale-ceramsite concrete composite floors is carried out in this paper.In this paper,large span two-way bending performance of the shale-ceramsite concrete floor is studied,including ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and crack resistance.On the basis of the experimental study,the finite element numerical simulation of large span composite slab was carried out with ABAQUS finite element software,and the simulation results were compared with the results of the experiment.The research contents are as follows:(1)The static load test is carried out for a large span shale concrete bidirectional composite slab,and the relationship between the span deflection,steel reinforcement and concrete strain and load is studied.The test results show that the composite plate under standard live load,span deflection is far less than the specification limits(l0/200),live load and ultimate load is much higher standard(2 kn/m2),strong composite surface binding,there was no interface slip,can meet the requirement of the bearing capacity of the normal service condition,and can be used as structural floor.(2)By studying the distribution of cracks in the bottom of laminated slabs and the load-strain curves of various points of reinforcement and concrete,the structural internal force redistribution occurred during the loading process.The strain of longitudinal bars on both sides of the joint is basically similar,which indicates that this test has good transmission performance.(3)Based on the full scale test results,the precast fabricated PC board of shale ceramsite concrete composite plate under static load bearing performance of theoretical derivation and ABAQUS finite element analysis,the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis results agree well with the test results.(4)Changing material parameter by finite element and interface connection form variables,such as variable parameters of the trials failed to deliver analysis is studied,the results show that composite plate using aspects can contact the best form of the real of simulated specimens,and the shale ceramsite concrete composite slab midspan deflection big all over ordinary concrete reiteration plate.Based on the above research,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the mechanical properties of the large span shale ceramsite concrete composite floors,which can provide a reference for the following research and engineering design.
