At present,it is still backward that railway bridge static bending test needs to be manually loaded,recorded and calculated.In order to adapt to the need of modern railway modernization and information management,and improve the precision and efficiency of railway bridge static bending test.After a large number of simulation experiment and field test,this paper successfully developed a set of new type of railway bridge static test that can be achieved a key loading,automatically uploaded data to the BIM server,outputed test report and realized other functions by adopting the mechnical loading mode.And the whole process of research and development is based on TB/T 2092-2003 Post-tensioned pre-cast concrete simple-supported girder for railway bridge pro-stress.This paper aims to elaborate the design of synchronized load control system which based on the railway bridge static bending test.The system mainly adopts variable-frequency drive,inverter-fed motor,mechanical hoisting jack and other mechanical loading equipments.In order to balance the load value of all the loading point,it reads the feedback load value and calculates the deviation in real time to adjust output of the inverter,making the accelerated loading speed in control.For further improving the load precision and reducing the load deviation,this paper compensates the feedback load value and analyzes the relationship between accelerated loading speed of the jack and the output frequency of the inverter,it puts forward a fuzzy control regulation algorithm to make the control of the loading process adaptively.
