Evaluation And Optimization Of Waterfront Space Based On The Status Of Construction,Xiangjiang Changsha

In recent years,with the rapid development of the city,the relationship between urban waterfront space built environment and natural basement fracture,the adversarial relationship between the water and the city,waterfront space does not see water and other issues highlighted.Currently,there are many researches on the urban design of the street block,however,the evaluation of urban waterfront space from the perspective of the construction situation is lack.Therefore,this paper starts from the waterfront space construction,construct the evaluation method based on the construction of waterfront space,namely through the analysis of the relationship between the construction elements of the waterfront space,the analysis of the relationship between the quantity and the space of all kinds of land use,and the analysis on the realization degree of main spatial structure elements,which isapplied to the evaluation of Xiangjiang River waterfront space in Changsha.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Both sides of the Xiangjiang River waterfront space in Changsha city is selected as the research object,through drawing on the relevant research results at home and abroad,questionnaire survey,field research,expert interviews and other research methods,the lecturepoints out the problems existing in the planning and construction of the waterfrontspace,establishedthe evaluation method on Xiangjiang Riverwaterfront space planning based on the construction conditions,and confirmed its application feasibility,analysedthe subsequent implementation of the planning and implementationand provided useful suggestions for urban management and planning decision making departments.(2)Referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad,the lecture built up the comprehensive evaluation of three aspects from natural environment,social and cultural environment,artificial material environment.10 major categories of 27 indicators such as the characteristics of riparian,waterfront green,waterfront land,building space,road traffic,environmental facilities,were evaluated.Using the statistical methods of social survey and expert scoring,the evaluation factors of the waterfront space are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the operation of the comprehensive evaluation index are: 0.2365,0.2261,0.2436,0.1852,0.1089.Based on the analysis of the degree of implementation of the spatial structure of the waterfront,the spatial structure of all the results of the waterfront was analyzed,and the evaluation mechanism of the planning and construction status and objectives was determined.(3)Through the analysis of Changsha Xiangjiang River waterfront space for water planning and construction status survey data statistics,the paper teased out the current problems in the presence of Changsha Xiangjiang River waterfront development,which are revealed inthe rationality of land use balance and building space distribution,the matching degree of building cluster and public traffic,building space form management and other aspects.Correlationanalyses both on the relationship of various land use in quantity and space and the realization and implementation of the main spatial structure elements were realized in this paper.The optimization strategy of ChangshaXiangjiang waterfront space planning is put forward based on the construction condition.
