| The presence of loose strata grouting project into the hole difficulty(easy drill hole collapse)﹑not from the press﹑invalid perfusion pressure is not easy to play a prominent problem(plasma leakage caused by consumption of pulp slurry string ﹑ large),the filling process is difficult to control and other technical problems.Consider the deficiencies of the existing filling process,invented a suitable soft strata grouting new construction method "bottom-up,slurry closed,pulsating filling",which can effectively solve the problem.Although this technique successfully applied Tuokou Impervious Curtain Lot River Bend Station,but the mechanism remains to be further studied.To achieve promotion and application of new technology,it is necessary for filling soft formations and pulsating filling mechanism to explore.physical simulation laboratory grout can lower the cost of large sample repeat experimental reproduction filling the whole process can reflect the characteristics slurry and soil contact between the filling mechanism study effective ways and methods.Therefore,this article through the simulation test on the soft strata grouting were discussed,and its main contents are as follows:(1)developed a set of soft strata grouting simulation test device,designed to simulate the confining pressure system when confining pressure grout,grout can be regulated with a pulsating filling the whole process simulation.(2)The pulsating grouting Grouting and regulator comparison test demonstrates the soft strata grouting with pulsating filling process is more appropriate.By filling in the same body,the same confining pressure,filling the same amount,the regulators and the fluctuating pressure in two ways under the grouting stone bodies are round pie,and there is a certain thickness.The thickness of the formation of stones under pulsating filling large than the regulator(ripple about 4.0 ~ 4.1cm,under regulated filling about 2.1 ~ 2.5cm),the density of stones representing the regulator body at high(59.5% and 78.3%,respectively,under the pulsation stones under the regulator grout compactness 49.1% and 61.4%),stone body 28 d shear strength(0.205 MP and 0.195MPa)was significantly better than the regulator after filling grout(0.189 MPa and 0.173MPa),and after a pulsating filling takes the shape of a slug structure,floc structure more closely than the regulator after grouting.(3)the impact test by pulsating pressure grouting,grouting pressure pulsation showed significant effects on perfusion.Grouting pressure increases from 0.2MPa to 0.6MPa,the soil becomes more dense,compacted effect is more obvious,stones increased by 33% the densityof the body;but the stone diameter increased from 0.95 m 1.20 m,pulp vein thickness reduced by 4cm small 2cm,stone body 28 d shear strength reduced by 31%.(4)water-solid ratio grout has some influence through grout water to solid ratio affect the test,indicating that the effect of perfusion.Grout water to solid ratio increased from 0.55 to1.0,plasma pulse diffusion range(diameter)resulting from increases to 0.87 m 1.40 m,but by massive stone body and loose to dense slug slug transition,the density decreases 14%,pulp vein thickness decreases from 4cm to 1.9cm,stone body 28 d shear strength is reduced by 20%.Soft strata grouting using pulsating filling process more suitable and appropriate control of pulsating filling grout needs water to solid ratio,strict control grouting pressure.Of course,the paper completed the course there are still many shortcomings,the next step is necessary to pulsating filling parameters,a variety of similar strata grouting process adaptability,as well as the formation of loose grout pulsating mechanical mechanism to implement an in-depth study. |
