During the cantilever perfusion construction of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge,continuous girder bridge will go through a series of complicated processes,such as each cantilever segmental construction,gather together and system transformation,and finally the geometry linear and internal forces of the bridge are closely connected with the various segments of constructing scheme and constructing technology.The whole process of bridge construction control is to make sure the quality,safety and closure accuracy of the bridge and make the bridge line-shape consistent with the design value as far as possible under bridge complete stage,also make each stage of bridge structure internal force be controlled within the permissible range of design to make sure the safety during the bridge construction and final operation.In this paper,combining with the actual cantilever construction process of continuous girder bridge,some research of construction monitoring and control about prestressed continuous girder bridge has been done,the main contents include the following aspects:1.A brief introduction to the development of the prestressed continuous girder bridge and construction control,do some analysis of the content and research theory and methods of the construction control,and other influence factors for control.2.According to the design drawings of continuous girder bridge,familiar with the whole process of the established construction scheme,making the selection of reasonable structural analysis method,choosing finite element software Midas/Civil,a corresponding structural simulation model has been built up,then have a comparative analysis of simulation results and design results,carrying out the structural parameters sensitivity analysis in the maximum cantilever state and bridge complete state,then find out the sensitive parameters in order to make adjustments and corrections for simulation model in time during construction processes,make sure vertical mold elevation,and provide a theoretical basis for construction control.3.Following the control plan,the whole process of real-time monitoring has been put into effect,measure the alignment and stress of each stage of construction process in time,analysis the measured data to have the error analysis,ensure the accuracy of control process.Compared the deflection and stress between simulation analysis model and the measured under each process in time.The analysis results show measured values and theoretical values fit well with each other,which mean the monitoring and control work has been well done to achieve desired objectives.
