| In the "The Belt and Road Initiative" background,the bridge construction in China has opened a new situation.Compared with other types of bridges,steel truss girder bridge has many advantages.It takes the designed bridge state as the achieving target,obtains the bridge structure actual condition through real-time monitoring of bridge structure actual condition and environment by using advanced instruments.And then,we can forecast the bridge structure,distinguish the error,make the bridge construction condition approach to the perfect condition,by using the modern control theory.Thus,we can guarantee the bridge structure in constrcution process security.It will make the bridge completed condition of bridge structure to satisfy the design and the construction standard request.Combined with the structural characteristics and construction methods of continuous steel truss girder bridge,this article discussed the simulation analysis,line shape control and stress monitoring in the construction monitoring of continuous steel truss girder bridge.The main contents include:(1)This article introduced the structural characteristics of the steel truss girder bridge,and reviewed the development of the steel truss girder bridge.Meanwhile,the article discussed the theory of large span bridge construction control,and summarized the common methods used in bridge construction control and construction process simulation analysis method.(2)This article utilized the finite element method as the rationale,used the large-scale general computation software MIDAS CIVIL to establish a continuous steel truss girder bridge finite element model,which was the Changqing the Yellow River highway bridge.Combine with the actual construction process of the Changqing the Yellow River highway bridge,this article used the Back analysis method of the bridge construction control method to carry on the simulation computation of the Changqing the Yellow River highway bridge scene construction.Then we could obtain the important component stress value,the reaction of support and the control section displacement value,in the bridge construction process under various operating modes,by this estimating the bridge job practice whether was safe and reasonable.(3)In view of the difficulty of the line shape control of the construction process,the general applicability of the steel truss assembly line adjustment was studied in depth.The displacement of the cantilever end was predicted and controlled by the method of setting the construction pre elevation,and the method was validated by the measured data of the construction monitoring.(4)In the Changqing the Yellow River highway bridge strain monitoring part,this article first introduced the Changqing the Yellow River highway bridge strain monitoring scheme.The scheme includes sensor choice,stress measuring point choice of location and arrangement.Afterwards we used the advanced measuring instrument,carried on the real-time monitor and the control to each primary component stress.By analyzing the measured value and theoretical value of the pole piece,the reasonable improvement suggestions are put forward in time to the design and construction,so as to ensure the safety and security of the bridge in the construction process,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction difficulty. |
