The wind power has the characteristics of randomness,volatility and intermittent,coupled with its predictions,technical bottleneck of scheduling and controlling,the power of large scale wind power uncertainty access,access may lead to a large number of random fluctuations power grid power balance can't meet,affected the safe and stable operation of the power grid.This thesis did a deeply analyze and research under different configuration of wind turbines network protection for power grid stability control measures.The results show that the power grid security and stability control level will be greatly influenced by low voltage crossing ability and the capability of automatic grid of wind turbines,because low voltage through the ability to power grid stability control system action effect problem,usually had a greater influence on the effect of the frequency control,the overload and transient stability control effect is less affected,if we do not consider the actual wind turbines low voltage across ability,the off line quantity GAP between wind fan active control and safety control will be huge enough to cause a new security and stability problem to the power grid.On the other hand the simulation test results coming from the security automatic devices and related network protection interaction of the third line of defence of the Ningxia Xingneng-Luoshan power grid showed that the wind power accessing reduced the frequency characteristic of the power grid,the outgoing power limitation could be greatly improved according to a reasonable configuration of the equipments which provide the high frequency protection.Considering with the network structure and power distribution of Ningxia,the thesis provided an integration setting configuration of the wind turbines and the network between each wind farms.And as addition based on the configuration,provided the configuration of network protection,safety automatic device strategy and coordinated control framework design,which promoted the applicability of the research results and domestic,to improve contain wind turbines power grid safe and stable operation of the control level.
