Studies On Present Situation Investigation And Evaluation Of Nanchang City Park Based On The Concept Of Economical Landscape Architecture

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of economy,urban environment becoming worse,climate getting warmer,resources shortage,energy exhaustion and other issues become increasingly serious.As a green basic construction which is importantly constructed,the construction cost and the post-operation modes of city park have been focused on.Since the concept of saving and raised garden have been come up with,its complex systems engineering and local differences result that "non-save" phenomena still exist throughout the construction process in city parks.Therefore,this article take Nanchang City parks as the study objects,based on relevant theoretical researches,through the present situation investigation and study,and find the factors that influence Nanchang city park economical construction.in order to search the evaluation methodology which is based on conservation-oriented garden idea,and evaluate Nanchang city park economical construction by the methodology,hoping to provide Nanchang and surrounding city park economical construction with evaluation criteria and promotion Strategies.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through looking and combing the domestic related theory and literature data,the article analyze differences and similarity among ecological garden,sustainable landscape and conservation-oriented landscape,and analyses designing ideas and construction model of economical garden through actual cases,concludes and analyze development and limitations of index evaluation system related to economical garden,to lay the theoretical foundation for later field investigation and evaluation index system.(2)The article takes ten representative city parks as the main research objects,including bayi park?bayi square?People's park?qiushui square?ruzi pavilion park ?xianghu park?yuzhouwan wetland park?fenghuangzhou citizen park.On the basis of field investigation and statistics,the article explores the construction mode of saving landscape having territorial features.Through investigation of Nanchang city park,analyses inadequacies and status quo in Nanchang city park economical construction,and summarizes the relevant factors in Nanchang city park economical construction.(3)On the basis of practice research,and learning from research achievements of predecessors,the research uses the Delphi method(Delphi)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to build evaluation index system.Evaluation system is made from the target layer,criterion layer,layer index,guidelines layer is made of seven level indicators including sustainable site ? water conservation ? materials conservation ? land conservation ? energy conservation ? management conservation and environmental quality,index layer is evaluation library consisted of 26 secondary indicators,wherein secondary indicators layer contains 14 qualitative evaluation indicators and 12 quantitative evaluation indicators,and give the corresponding weights to each indicator.On this basis,according to a five-point standard,make relevant principles and measures and establish quantitative evaluation system model and set up the subjective and objective evaluation system of quantitative model.(4)On the basis of establishing quantitative evaluation index system model,the research comprehensively assesses Nanchang People's Park,in order to test a reasonable evaluation index system,scientific and operability.According to evaluation process and the corresponding evaluation index weight,concludes that People's Park construction conservation assessment total score is 3.16 points(out of 5).According to evaluation results,analyses weaknesses and reasons in system,and propose appropriate measures for each type of savings.Practices assessment results indicate that the evaluation system of Nanchang city Park which is based on the convenience of conservation-oriented garden idea and based on comprehensive and reasonable assessment at Nanchang city park economical construction,so that make it possible to promote evaluation index system to Nanchang and surrounding cities.
