With the development of national 12th five-year plan,energy conservation and environmental protection has become an eternal subject of economic sustainable development strategy,therefore,waste resources recycling has become a crucial link.Most of the hinghway in our country and ordinary hingway has entered a stage of piroverhaul or nediunm repair,which will pruduce large amounts of construction waste.If the construction waste does not use effevtively,it will occupy the limited resources,not only cause environmental pollution,but also will lead to a huge waste of resources.The study of warm recycled asphalt mixture will both make full use of recycled asphalt pavement and it will also drop the temperature of malaxatin and compaction.It has a good practical significance to the development of road engineering.This paper takes warm agent named Evotherm-ET,Evotherm-DAT,warm agent made by Liaoning and recycling agent as additive with recycled asphalt mixture added from 20%to 40%under the gradation of RAC-16 and RAC-20 to study the technology of warm recycled asphalt mixture,through the recycling utilization of RAP,the asphalt mechanism of warm-mix and regeneration,design of mixture proportions of WMRA,proportioning detection of WMRA,the pavment of test road with sequential monitoring and analysis of economic and efficiency such aspect and so on,what’s more,it also makes the WRAM of different kinds warm agents with 20%-40%RAP content,the WMRA to add or not add recycling agent and HRAM into comparition.The result of raw material test vertified that skeleton type gradulation aggregate performance better than continuous type gradation aggregate in dynamic elastic modulus.The dynamic stability test result of WRAM show that WRAM of 20%~40%RAP with three warm agents and add or not add recycling agent do all meet the requirements of the specifications concerned.The low-temperature crack resisrangce and water stability are both meet the requirements of the specifications concerned except the WMRA which added with Evotherm-ET of 30%~40%RAP content or that without the addition of recycling agent.The result of aging test show that neither the low-temperature crack resisrangce nor the water stability meet the requirements of the specifications concerned after aging test except the water stability of WRAM witch aging-resistant in short term.This paper also fit out the fatigue eqution and prove that WRAM has great wconomic benefit and social benefit.All the results above show that the road performance of WRAM has a good feasibility and also has a broad prospect in road application.
