The highway need to be repaired on a large scale with the period arrived, the reclaimed asphalt pavement will be treated as a waste milling down in the renovation process, not only spend a lot of money, but also pollute the environment. Due to the high mixing and compaction temperature, Traditional hot mix asphalt not only consumes a lot of energy, but also induces the asphalt aged, and releases a lot of toxic and hazardous gases, pollutes the environment and endangers health of builders. It has become the direction of technological development on the road engineering currently, how to solve the problems of the material recycling of hot mix asphalt and the pollution of mixing and compaction temperature.Warm-Recycled Mix Asphalt technology (WRMA) combines the features of warm mix asphalt technology (WMA) and reclaimed mix asphalt technology (RAP), with the benefit of low mixing and compaction temperature, reducing energy consumption, recycling the wasted asphalt mixture, reducing harmful emissions and reducing environmental pollution, etc. And it also has a broad prospect and good social economic benefits. In this paper, we analysis the properties of the aging asphalt in the reclaimed mix asphalt. Study on the effect of the warm mixing regenerant M-1, and get the warm mix asphalt viscosity-temperature curve of recycled asphalt mixture, make sure the mixing and compaction temperature. We get the warm mixing regenerant M-1 having low temperature performance and little effect on low temperature creep. In this paper, we analysis the six different aging asphalt added with matrix asphalt and 0.2%、 0.5%、0.8% M-1, get the result that the reclaiming Mechanism of aging asphalt added with matrix asphalt and M-l is feasible, the performance of Warm-Recycled Mix Asphalt can meet the requirements. We design warm-recycled mix asphalt mixture grading envelope based on the old asphalt mixture gradation, and determine the optimum asphalt ratio through the Marshall test, determine the mixing order and mixing time. Then we test on mechanical properties, high temperature performance, water stability analyzing on the M-1 warm-recycled mix asphalt mixture. The result shows that the pavement performance M-l warm-recycled mix asphalt mixture can meet standardized requirements.
