The Research And Analysis On The Measurement System Of Aviation Lubricating Oil Pump

Low pressure and large flow aviation lubricating oil pump is the key element of the lubricating system,which make hydraulic system constant flow running at specific working conditions by combining other hydraulic auxiliary element.Therefore,flow testing of the lubricating oil pump becomes very important in order to ensure the normal operation of aircraft engine.According to the analysis of the aerial engine lubricating system and its working principle,researched and analyzed flow measuring system of low pressure and large flow slip pump from fluid mechanics and dynamics.Lubricating system is a complex hydraulic system,there are many factors influence lubricating oil pump flow,lubricating oil pump flow measurement system designed based on actual working surroundings,and the specific design process:first,introduced structure and working principle of the lubricating system,and analyzes the impact factor of lubricating oil pump flow measurement,including oil temperature,hydraulic pipe structure,lubricating oil pump running speed and measurement system pressure,hydraulic system leak and detecting element accuracy;Secondly,designed hydraulic system and mechanical mechanism of the lubricating oil pump flow measurement test equipment based on characteristics of lubricating oil pump andworking principle.Because low pressure,large flow and high temperature are characters of this measurement system so it is difficult to regulation constant pressure and constant temperature.Therefore this article point researches and analyzs its supply system and measurement system,established mathematical model of the measurement system and the key element of hydraulic system.Simulated by AMESIM,and analyzed the results of simulation,At last,the lubricating oil pump flow measurement system applied to the practical work,proved this paper's research is scientific and accurate through a large number of test data.
