The cement concrete pavement is a stiffness greater,diffusion load stress ability,good stability and long life pavement structure,In the course of its operations,It will show the Grass roots is not dense,or low load transfer efficiency,or the slit edge has a void.If these problems can be detected early and timely treatment,it can extend the life of concrete pavement.Therefore,how to use effective methods in cement concrete pavement for testing to determine the defect case of concrete pavement.This article build a three-dimensional model of cement concrete pavement based on ABAQUS finite element,the foundation model use the Flexible multi-foundation model,and the seam model use a spring element to simulate the seams between the concrete slab.For the FWD load,this article focus on cement concrete pavement road defects:the Grass roots is not dense,the low load transfer efficiency,the slit edge has a void,it have a large amount of deflection data in Simulation analysis,and to compare and analyze the results.In deflection data for comparative analysis to summarize the deflection basin regularity of the defect road.Using the concrete slab pavement's the Stress-strain Concentrate effect and the Warpage effect,the article Put forward to use the Strain Warpage coefficients:T=(W0-W300)/W1800?the Warpage coefficients K=W1800/W600 and the The load transfer efficiency:LET=W-300/W-200 to establish deflection basin indicators identify the cement concrete diseases pavement:the Grass roots is not dense,the low load transfer efficiency,the slit edge has a void.Because the the load transfer efficiency LET and the Foundation reaction modulus Q have an impact with the thresholds of the Strain Warpage coefficients T and the Warpage coefficients K,it need correct the thresholds of the Strain Warpage coefficients T and the Warpage coefficients K.Put forward to use the thresholds of the Strain Warpage coefficients:T?the thresholds of the Warpage coefficients K and the The load transfer efficiency:LET,Combined with VB programming calculation,the article establish deflection basin indicators identify the cement concrete diseases pavement:the Grass roots is not dense,the low load transfer efficiency,the slit edge has a void.In the end,Using the deflection basin data and the Radar data in the Yunnan Qujing Highway,Through the comparison the field test data to verify the reasonableness that the article put forward the identification method about the cement concrete diseases pavement.
