Research On Flowing Space Design Of Office Building In Informational Era

Office building is an important material space support of social&economic development,accommodate the vast majority of urban working population in the modern age.However,with the development of information technology,and under the trends of economic globalization,the traditional work way changed a lot.Human’s thinking way and activity style affected profoundly by the rapid development of informational technology.With the contact platform build by virtual network,most of the communication that can only get by moving through material distance,now can replace by virtual communication.Thus,not only the communication ratio improved a lot,the stubborn concept of time and space also get shock.In the informational era,the material space and the virtual flowing space coexist and interact.Therefore,the architecture space design affected strongly by the situation,and is bound to respond.Thus,we can say,the development of informational and sociological is the innovation catalyst of architecture flowing space.Office building in informational era act as knowledge production and information exchange space,the design strategy which combined architectural flowing space and informational flowing space respond to the high using ratio undoubtedly could provide a better space support.That is the value and significance of this study.The article discussed the flowing space design of office building in informational era from three aspects,that is theoretical summary,analysis of operating method and actual case practise.The article is divided into five chapters.Chapter Ⅰ is an introduction,introduced the origin,object,scope and content purpose of the research,and described the existing research,then cleard the research method and research significance.Chapter Ⅱ discussed the evolution of flowing space and office building,then discussed the relationship between them.Chapter Ⅲ discusses the features and performance of the flowing space of office building in the information era.Chapter Ⅳ according to the results of spatial characteristics of flowing space in office building,with it as design principles,discusses the specific method of operating and construction.Chapter Ⅴ designed a conceptual planning and achitecture option and try to shape a flowing space of office building in informational era,and verified the feasibility of the research result experimentaly.I hope this study could give some inspiration and refferense of office building and its space design in future information era,and can provide relevant strategy,principle and method evenly enrich the theoretical basis.
