Research On Exterior Water Space Design Of Contemporary Office Building

In the social development background,the external environment of office buildings no longer meet the state transition space from the past only carrying distribution to more people,culture and nature of the external space environment upgrade,to meet the basic needs of users,and the nature o f long-term exposure to the landscape in support office mode in modern art aesthetics came into being.The application of water space in the external environment of the building space is also gradually transformed from a single landscape to an important el ement of space.In recent years,the number of external water bodies in office buildings is increasing.However,a systematic design system has not yet been formed.There are many problems such as lack of integrity,lack of human concern,lack of enterpris e characteristics and neglect of long-term maintenance.Aiming at this reality,starting from three aspects of office building exterior space function,form and atmosphere,this paper systematically analyzes the essential demand of external environment of office building,and summarizes the reasonable design method of office building external water body space.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the information of the external water body space of the office buildings at home and abroad,the author co nducts a field investigation to a large number of related cases.Through the actual observation,the user's behavior and psychological characteristics are analyzed,and the design requirements for the external water space of the office building are summed up by the enterprises and users.In order to establish the principle of water space design to adapt to the exterior space of the office building,the characteristics of the exterior water space of the office building are analyzed.The guiding principle of economic,aesthetic,ecology,function,form and atmosphere of demand from outside the water space of office building of construction in accordance with the design logic of water space outside the office building and the nature of the solution space from external water in the office building design difficult point,made a systematic study on the external water space of office building.On the functional level,aiming at the characteristics of office buildings,we put forward the design strategies of time sh aring control of water effect and human nature of water scenes,and put forward corresponding solutions for mobile control and greening.The form of level,using topological water shape,depict the figure ground relationship,assimilation techniques such a s water water language space form corresponding,fit with the environment and architectural form coordination,form a complete and efficient,form design method with outer space law office building.In terms of atmosphere,we should introduce strategies su ch as completeness of exit,demarcation of boundaries,and focus cohesion.We should set up shallow water reflection,add boundless water surface and strengthen water body enclosure to render office building atmosphere and highlight the image of office buildings.This paper tries to coordinate the relationship between the architecture and landscape perspective,water space design pattern and the concept of combing is more suitable for the external environment,characteristics,ecological office building,to provide new ideas for water space outside the office building,office building on the external landscape environment design theory to supplement.
