The Study On The Development And Construction Mode Of Meishan Culture Park Rict

Meishan Cultural Park is a cultural industry development project with regional culture protection significance,and its' design is chaired by Hunan University Institute of Architecture and Environment Art Design Team.After 7 years of construction,the park has begun to take shape and form economic,social and cultural dissemination effect.The phenomenon and the law of its development and construction have caused the research interest of the author.At the same time,the author took part in design practice of this project,and so many times taking survey on the project and its surrounding areas during studying for a master's degree,erected a large number of first-hand information for this paper and founded the systematic studying base of the research.In this paper,the introduction part is the summary of the topic selection,research status quo of related theory and practice,the core concept,research content and significance,research methods and research framework and so on;The main body of the paper,from chapter 2 to chapter 4,respectively analyzed and discussed the three stages of development and construction contents,namely land development and utilization,planning and design,construction.In addition,this part analyzed the influence factors and summarized land development and utilization patterns,design patterns,and construction mode of Meishan Cultural Park.Chapter 5 analyzed the current domestic development and construction phenomenon emerged,combining with the practical reality of the development and construction of Meishan Cultural Park,reviewed the development and construction behavior of Meishan Cultural Park and discussed the enlightenment significance to the same type projects.Previous studies have focused mainly on the research of Meishan Culture,belonging to the category of social science research.Accompanying with the development of Meishan Cultural Park's design practice,theory research results by design team are increasing year by year.Mainly focused on the environment and art design,the link between design and culture,the design aesthetic and so on.This paper is founded on the basis of previous research,through discussing the phenomenon and the law behind the development and construction of Meishan Cultural Park,making conclusion of the development and construction phenomenon behind the model characteristics,so as to make up the blank in the research of this theory field,at thesame time,this research may provide a reference for the development and construction of other similar projects.
