The demand response measures given by electricity companies are considered as constraints of home energy management system.By the scientific and reasonable scheduling of the household electrical appliances and electrical energy it can achieve the goals of energy saving and emission reduction.Home energy management system is a part of the smart grid,and its popularity will be helpful to promote the development of smart grid.In order to scientifically and reasonably optimize the scheduling of household energy,this study analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the previous research achievements.The related concepts and technologies of home energy management are introduced in detail.The new dynamic scheduling models are proposed.Intelligent optimization algorithm is used to realize the dynamic optimal dispatch of household appliances and energy in the home energy management system.It can achieve the goals of saving energy,reducing greenhouse gas emissions and saving electricity bills by optimizing the scheduling.Firstly,a dynamic scheduling model based on expert system is proposed in this paper.According to the different needs of the users,the system model is divided into economic mode and environmental protection mode.The control goal of economic mode is to reduce electricity bills.The control goal of environmental protection mode is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.The cost of using household batteries and photovoltaic system equipments is considered in the model.The constraints of household batteries during being used are proposed.The relationship among the various parts of the home energy management system is analyzed.The expert rules of economic mode and environmental protection mode respectively are summarized.Secondly,a home energy dynamic scheduling model is proposed in this paper aiming to solve the problem of the relationship between the travel demand of electric vehicle and the home energy management system.The control goal of the model is to save electricity cost for users under the premise of the fact that electric vehicles can meet the needs of users’ travel demand.The generated power of the photovoltaic system is predicted in the study.The constraint conditions of electric vehicles during use are proposed.The household energy is dynamically optimized and scheduled by expert system.The two scheduling models proposed in the study are to optimize the overall of household energy management system,including household appliances,public power grid,photovoltaic system and energy storage equipment.Especially,the relationship between the travel demand of electric vehicle and the home energy management system is considered in the second model.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling models are verified by simulation experiments and comparison with existing scheduling methods.
