| Trim controller plays an important role in autopilot field.It belongs a part of the computer of the autopilot system,which is mainly res ponsible for Integration,conversion,calculation and amplification of the control signals from the sensors,consoles and related joysticks,switch,and signal to the steering servo valve and multiple levels other control mechanism to operate the helicopte r to complete a variety of flight movements.Trim controller primarily control the output pulse signal from the tip end(the AC servo amplifier)according to a certain mathematical relationship to drive the servo circuit corresponding trim to realize automatic trim.In the usual designs,the trim controller is generally achieved by adopting the fixed analog components,which can only achieve a fixed frequency output and the trim formula is also very simple.It can’t do dynamic changes.Aiming at the above problems,the single-chip is proposed to achieve the trim controller,and it can dynamically configure the output of the PWM signal’s parameters in this study.This study is divided into two parts: firstly,design the balancing controller hardware circuit.Secondly,develop of SCM software program and PC program based on this hardware.Use PC program to send configuration commands to the single chip microcomputer,when the single chip receives the upper layer parameters,it can dynamically adjust the output of the PWM signal.The details are as follows:1.Use the VS software to design and development UI interface,the single chip can be configured in accordance with the design of the protocol.2.Design the trim controller hardware circuit,and verify on this basis.3.Carry out the functional verification of the trim control in the C8051 microcontroller-based control circuit board trim control,and use in-circuit emulator to achieve program online debugging and downloading in Keil-MDK development environment.The effect can reach the actual requirements. |
